Well, the problem is: if the reason for the restart is the dock sending another pause/toggle command then iPeng 7 will likely behave the same way.... There _might_ be a fix with iOS 7.1, depending on whether Apple rolls out the new remote control API for existing docks and depending on what the Logitech dock actually does.
