The email panel in the help section opens and closes immediately, so there's no way to send you the email. I tried several times. In fact, I just tried again a moment ago and the app crashed. Upon re-launch it is syncing again... The sync this time was quite short (2 minutes) and my phone did not become too hot to hold. The library is about 230,000 tracks, 15000 albums.
