The web interface isn't telling because it will always show the items, independent on whether they are available for the player (using them might fail deeper down in the menu hierarchy). Does it actually work to play Pandora right now?
There are two more things you can try: 1. restart the server 2. make sure iPeng is registered for the same MySB account as the server. 2b.
