I encounter same behavior on some tracks from others playlists , but rare (must be regional limitation). I'm not exaggerating, 4 of 5 songs on a Smart Mix playlist are 30 sec. samples now. It was not like this before. Deezer must have changed something.

But I'm also sure that the track I have checked with has no regional limitations and behaves different on different players.
You can't really be sure about this unless you see the additional data of the track information request. They often have the same track with multiple different IDs, depending on the region you're living in. For the user they look the same, but in the data they're different tracks.
