Do you see the menu in Custom Browse settings page under "Manage menus"
section ?
If you have changed some paths, it could maybe be that the "Browse
configuration directory" in Custom Browse no longer points to where your
Custom Browse configuration files are ?
To create the menu again, you just goto the "Manage menus" section of
Custom Browse and select to create a new menu of type "Filtered artists
by letter".
Afterwards you might also want to go to the "Enabled menus" section and
check the "Show in browse and home menu" checkbox to make it show up
directly under "My Music" instead of just being shown inside "My
Music/Custom Browse" menu. If you want to hind the normal "Artists" menu
you can do that with the "Hide Menus" plugin, previously it could be
done through Custom Browse but I've moved that functionality into a
separate free plugin so people can use it even if they don't want the
full Custom Browse functionality.
