I had the same issue. Were you always on the HiFi subscription ? In my case, I was first on the 7 days trial subscription which does not include FLAC streaming. After that, I changed to the HIFI-Option. In order to have the Qobuz plugin stream FLAC I then had to do two things: 1. Change file format in the Qobuz plug in. 2. Run a cleanup of LMS (which deletes the cache file).
