No doubt you're right on this.  

One thing I did see which I didn't quite understand was that in the LMS
Advanced Settings>Performance, there is a check box (which is currently
unchecked) with the title "Custom Pre Caching Specifications".  Above
the check box, it says "Delete" and below the check box, it says "300 x
300_f  iPeng 7".    There's not really an explanation of what this is
and does.  Since it's clearly having something to do with iPeng and
artwork, maybe you or Michael could explain what the delete and the
checking or unchecking of that box does??
