To support the older internet radios (until they are outnumbered by
mobes/tablets which can play HDS/HLS/DASH) there will be probably be
(Shoutcast) MP3 stream. I suspect there will be some clamour by the
internet radio users who have been playing the WMA version of Listen
Again programmes if these users lose access. 

What is also missing is how listeners outside the UK will be handled
especially as it sounds like there will be more emphasis on broadcast
rights perhaps reducing/removing access to Listen Again and just giving
access to podcasts.
