Hi,

Wanted to share some success with you. This is the procedure I
followed, assuming the LMS server was running, untouched and since a few
weeks didn't produce data anymore.
Of course if it worked for me I cannot guarantee it will work for any of
you with a similar setup; so please share your experience.

Specifications of my environment:
4x squeezebox boom
LMS 7.7.3 r1375965195 on W7 64bit
Superdatetime 5.9.19
BEXX0244:1:BE
EBAW

1) download version 5.9.19 from this forum
2) Go into LMS, in settings, in the plugins list, in the settings of
SuperDateTime
3) look for the new parameters of your location and using those note the
newer coördinates down (as I've done for my location above - It's more
of research than anyting with the plugin)
4) In LMS, settings, plugins, at the bottom, remove the repository from
Gregg
5) Stop LMS
6) Make a backup of the superdatetime.prefs file located in
c:\programdata\squeezebox\prefs\plugin folder, keep it handy in a safe
location like a memory stick
7) Delete
c:\programdata\squeezebox\cache\installedplugins\plugins\superdatetime
and all of its content
8) replace the deleted with what was downloaded in 1)
9) start LMS
10) stop LMS
11) replace the auto-created prefs file by the one you saved under 6)
12) start LMS
13) Go into LMS, in settings, in the plugins list, in the settings of
SuperDateTime and insert the coordinates that you recorded under 3)
14) Just to make sure that everything worked well, stop LMS and start it
again
15) Go and have a look at your players

This worked fine for me. There are 2 things that I'll work on further
(but without digging in code, as that's not my cup of tea):
1) On the previous version (last one produced by Gregg in his online
repository) the rain was spelled "RN:10%" and now it's just "10"
2) For a few months, there was no update on the further days, so the
dates would not advance over time. Maybe this issue is now solved as
well. That would be fantastic.
