The transition to night icons is great, as are the more granular
forecasts that change with time of day, e.g. "tonight" forecasts on the
SB2 starting in the late afternoon or early evening.

However, now it's now about 10am in the morning, and though the icons
match the WU data as far as sky cover, the forecast icon for today is
still showing a moon. How/when are the day/night icon changes
determined, and is there an issue changing *back* to appropriate daytime
icons after the overnight period?

Thanks again, -mark
