Yes, it is being cached.  The first one was created when you were
accessing the RTMP streams.  The second one was created when you were
accessing the new media sets that break the Parser.




I'm not sure where the cache is held or how long it keeps it for. 
Someone might be able to tell you which folder to empty.    But it will
correct itself given time.
