Andrew Scott's latest blog (http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/internet/entries/296ac283-54df-4c21-a38f-8cc1fa8731c8) says that the On Demand RTMP streams have gone (not sure whether he means hidden or switched off), so Triode's alpha plugin arrived just in the nick of time. Relief!
