Some of the following may vary between LMS versions, so you may have to
modify the instructions a little.
Go to the Advanced, Plugins page on the LMS web page. Go to the bottom.
If there is no 'additional repositories' section, but there is an
'enable 3rd party repositories' (or similar) box not ticked, tick that
and 'press 'Apply' at bottom right.
Now in the 'additional repositories' section that is hopefully present
at the bottom, add:

and press Apply again.
Whenever asked to restart LMS do so. If you are asked whether to update
the BBCiPlayer plugin, do so.
With a bit of luck should now have a newer version of BBCiPlayer -
v1.3.1 Alpha2.
LMS 7.9 on VortexBox Midi, Xubuntu 14.04, FLACs 16->24 bit,
44.1->192kbps. LMS & Squeeze2upnp to MF M1 CLiC (to MF amp & ESLs) &
Marantz CR603 UPnP renderers. Minimserver (server) & upplay (control
point) to same renderers & to upmpdcli/mpd PC renderers. Squeezelite to
Meridian USB Explorer DAC to speakers/phones. Wireless Xubuntu 14.04
laptop with firefox/upplay or Android 'phone with
Squeeze-Commander/BubbleUPnP controls LMS/Minimserver. Have a Touch
with EDO, and a spare, but don't use.
