On Live Radio, using HLS (either the Patched BBCiPlayer-v1.2.14 +
PlayHLS/ffmpeg, or Triode's updated BBCiPlayer-v1.3.1alpha2) you'll get
320kbps on every station (in the UK) except the World Service, which is
64kbps.

On Listen Again using RTMP (either with the patched BBCiPlayer-v1.2.14,
or using BBCiPlayerExtra v1.8 in conjunction with the patched
BBCiPlayer-v1.2.14 or BBCiPlayer-v1.3.1alpha2) you'll get 320kbps for
Radio3 and 128kpbs for everything else except World Service.

On Listen Again using HLS (either the patched BBCiPlayer-v1.2.14 (with
no seek!), or BBCiPlayer-v1.3.1alpha2) it's 128kbps on all stations now,
including Radio3 (except World Service of course).

All the HLS Listen Again content has been 128kbps only for the past
month. There are just a few Radio3 programmes from late February left in
HLS at 320kbps, but they are about expire. The BBC's own BBCiPlayer app
on android only uses this 128kbps HLS Listen Again content, and also
only plays Live streams at 128kbps. I think the same applies to iThings,
so you won't get the 320Kbps Radio3 Listen Again streams or even get the
320kbps Live streams.

Complicated isn't it?
