The Extra plugin does not access the Listen Again HLS streams only the RTMP version so there is something else going on in your system. What version of BBCiPlayer plugin are you using ? What patches have you applied ? What version of BBCiPlayerExtra are you using ? To understand what is happening you need a log of the transcode process. 1. In WebUI Setting / Advanced set player.source to DEBUG. 2. Note time. 3. Play an Extra program which has a audio shift. 4. Wait 20 secs and then stop the stream and clear playlist 5. Note stop time. 6. Examine the server log and copy all messages (no editing) between time in step 2 and stop time. 7. Save the copied messages in a plain text file (not a formatted) doc.
