oops ... you're absolutely correct, I introduce a bug a while ago when
checking for upnp scan & timeout parameters that prevent scan
disablement. It is back in order in 0.2.1.0 (in dev). I've now added a
parameter <upnp_remove_count> to configure after how many re-discovery
failure you want the device to be removed. Set it to 0 to disable
removal. This parameter can be different for each device (see manual)
