Very likley, the "next" issue is because the OPPO does not support the "next URI" upnp feature. Just set <accept_nexturi>0</accept_nexturi> under the <device> section of the OPPO (or you can set that in <common> in which case it will apply to all device - I do not recommend that, though) and you shoudl be good to go LMS 7.7.2 - 5 radio, 3 Boom, 4 Duet, 1 Touch, 1 SB2.
