I have never really looked at LMS log files and the options to choose
from are a bit overwhelming. If I set LMS logging to Transcoder, I can
see in the log file that there is some kind of handshake between LMS and
squeezelite running on the Pi and they agree to play these 24bit 192kHz
FLAC without transcoding (the Pi/DAC combination is capable of playing
24/196 FLAC files):

What I can do to test this any further and have compatible log files
from sq2u, is configure one of my Pi as a UPnP renderer. This way we
should be able to compare behavior between the Roku and the Pi, both
served by sq2u.
