I installed an LMS in France with Triode's Alpha and set up a site to site VPN to an office in London with all traffic routed down the VPN. Works perfectly for HLS streams and because it's network wide the user can also stream live UK TV on his iPad. This is really the only reliable way to get UK content whilst abroad as its undetectable. The Proxy services work until their IP block is identified and closed down.
