There's no sense in how the app is working on the box! I installed the latest 7.9 nightly. Activated the app - played the hls stream, then switched to the mp3 stream which also played ....
I then closed down the app, and restarted it. Hls played, mp3 gave just noise !!! The Performance setting is 48000 - without that hls won't play.
