I thought  I did turn on debugging. Anyhow, I went back and made sure
it's on, and then re-ran scan. Unfortunately the file is too big to
attached so here is the dropbox link to see it:

In the SmartMix settings there's an option to drop your catalog and start from scratch. This will trigger a new full scan.

I did some tests with your profile, and it returned track IDs which seem to be no longer part of your library, or which were not submitted to your profile in the scan you sent me the log file from. Hopefully dropping your profile catalog will clear this up.
