The Marantz doe snot, the only difference is that the Marantz > is receiving ICY information I can't say for sure which versions didn't work well with aac on my M1 CLiC since I don't use it that often on that player, only for 'Listen Again' programs (I have an ancient but brilliant Quad FM4 Tuner for live listening in that room). I'm fairly sure I did tests longer than a few minutes when I started using the new BBC iPlayer plugin with DASH support on 27th November.
LMS 7.9 on VortexBox Midi, Xubuntu 14.04, FLACs 16->24 bit, 44.1->192kbps. LMS plugin UPnP/DLNA Bridge to MF M1 CLiC (to 405/2 amp & ESLs) & Marantz CR603 UPnP renderers. Minimserver (server) & upplay (control point) to same & to upmpdcli/mpd PC renderers. Squeezelite to Meridian USB Explorer DAC to speakers/phones. Wireless Xubuntu 15.10 laptop with firefox/upplay or Android 'phone with Squeeze-Commander/BubbleUPnP controls LMS/Minimserver. Have a Touch with EDO, plus spare, but unused. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ PasTim's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=41642 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103728 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
