There's an issue with SourceForge and these "redirection limit" errors.
As an experiment, I put another repo on SourceForge, in a different
area/using different method.  It seems to be working, but may not be the
final solution.
Try replacing the repository with:
"http://superdatetimewu.sourceforge.net/repo.xml";
