"Can't open File for" message means you system cannot handle an audio format or a protocol. The BBC is currently providing bad DASH urls for the BBCiPlayer "Listen Again" menus so the BBCiPlayer setting must have HLS as a valid format.
"No Items in Playlist" is what it is - the BBC says there are no items for that - this could be a BBC error. Do you get this error on all programs or just this one item.
