Just checking this out. I think this is new in 1.2 that was just released. It seems to work with TIDAL as well as one's own library. >From the description, it's not clear that it does the same sort of interesting matching that smartmix does. That is, roon radio appears to be more like doing random play from a GENRE or other metadata sources. Not a bad thing at all, but I thought that SmartMix uses certain audio characteristics as well, unrelated to metadata. Anyhow, I haven't yet used roon radio, so can't really say.
