Download and write this file to the sd card

http://www.alexpage.de/download/usbit/bootsector.img


then format the card following these instructions:


> Windows For Windows users we recommend formatting your SD card
> using the SD Association's Formatting Tool, which can be downloaded from
> 'sdcard.org' (https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/).  You will

Then write the card again (right click and start WinScp as
Administrator)

See what happens
