Try to use the -static version (I assume your VB is 32 bits, otherwise use the -64 version). I also think that using VB 2.4 has been more successful for most people LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
