Don't think they're the cause. DASH just uses standard http requests and they are the same for live and on-demand. With "chunked http" (DASH, HLS, HDS) many tcp connections are opened and closed as each tcp connection just gets a short (about 6 secs) chunk of "audio file" . I wonder if it is a variant of the DNS caching issue that can mess up the plugin playing HLS streams. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=104672 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
