For the moment keep 32 bit and 64 bit cache separate.
Does either LMS keep any data on a drive other than C ?
Are the pref directories shared or separate for 32 bit and 64 bit ?
Is there a possibility of confusion/conflict if there are shared
directories yet there are different C drives for 32 vs 64 bit LMS

The log does not seem to be when you are installing/reinstalling the
plugin ?

The log does show some problems with the database which may be hiding
other issues such as directories/access control.
I think you should stop LMS. Clear Cache directory and then restart LMS
and then also clear database and rescan to get rid of database
problems.

The only way to see a problem when installing a plugin is to log what
happens when you install the plugin - can log the uninstall/reinstall
cycle with plugins.extension set to INFO. Plugin issues may also occur
at startup - so a log of LMS startup with server.plugins set for startup
(i.e. enable server.plugins to INFO and check the box "Save logging
settings for use at next application restart")
