I simply cannot get 1.4.7 to install! I am now dual-booting Windows 10 32bit and 64bit. 1.4.7 is installed and working on the 32bit partition, but I cannot get rid of 1.3 on the 64bit. I untick and apply, restart, then put the above URL in the box at the bottom, restart, click to enable and restart but it's still 1.3. What am I doing wrong?
