By "interface for queue management" I meant your UI/screenflow etc for
building/managing the queue. I'm sure it wouldn't be easy to replace the
functionality provided by LMS server. But iPeng features like a) Current
mode (Add to End/Play Next/Play), b) Add album by touching the header /
not adding the whole album if you just touch one of the tracks c)
Dedicated screen for the playlist, not some overly-clever sliding screen
effect d) The Penguin for "now playing" (yes, I still use that version,
the v9 device power button is right where my thumb sits and it gets
pressed by accident - couldn't it just be the other end of the top
line?) are uniquely cool and sadly missed when I use any of the others
players.

I don't much bother with streaming, just thought it might help keep you
in beer, though thinking about it I mis-spoke, I meant "Show Cloud
Music", which presumably the other 3rd party apps do through the Apple
Music interface (same as they do for local music I guess, ie the music
keeps playing if you shut Picky etc down or common functionality like
toggling between album art & lyrics by touching the art/lyrics screen,
also the tendency towards super annoying overly cutesy interfaces with
tiny buttons and too many taps to do anything. (And that's just ios9!)
(grrr).

Anyhow, good luck with the cool ideas.
