Microsoft only started to allow apps to be made available to the Xbox One about a week ago. Currently, I'm trying to get an important update through the certification process, so I didn't select the Xbox One option in case that might cause problems. Once I'm reasonably certain that the app doesn't have any major bugs, I'll try a submission that also targets the Xbox One.
