Not following you why that would be a security problem. If it just cleared
your application scope, then environment.cfm and global.cfm would reload
them all. I was thinking of something like this at the top of global.cfm:

<cfif isdefined("url.Supercalifragilisticexpialidoceous") AND
url.Supercalifragilisticexpialidoceous EQ 1>
<cfloop collection="#application#" item="i">
 <cfset structDelete(application,i)>
</cfloop>

with appropriate locking of course - was just looking for a quick and easy
way of purging and reloading application scope in between code builds.
