That is, you tested uadmin 3 22 from single user mode
and it worked on your system?

Which version of the nvidia driver do you have installed?
Check the VERSION field reported by
pkginfo -l NVDAgraphicr
IIRC Version 177.80 is included in build 101.
There may be newer versions of the nvidia driver available.
Please note that the nvidia driver included with opensolaris
and the Solaris nvidia driver downloadable from nvidia's
website are not identical.
