Your website uses a web server (such as http://httpd.apache.org/ or http://www.iis.net/ ) This server executes the PmWiki scripts, and determines which file in a directory it reads by default. This default needs to be set to pmwiki.php, see http://www.iis.net/ConfigReference/system.webServer/defaultDocument or http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_dir.html#directoryindex )
