if i remember the maccabees were fighting the oppression of the romans, and
those who would impose their will on them , of course they are heros, just like
those vets who fought and apposed tyrants during ww2. they didn't just go out
and start wars to be doing it. or are you saying we should all just lay down
and roll over when oppressed?
i can't say th is enough not every one is into the things you are saying
warren, i certainly have never cursed friend or foe, i have enough trouble just
working on my own changes.
those who are truely spiritual know that the only thing they can change is
themselves. if syria attacks israel you better hope the maccabees rise again.
please to tell me were jews have killed jews, it is for certain i don't know
every thing. so were did that happen?
if you are speaking about saul and david, that is hardly a foot note in
