Pod::PlainText can go away to my knowledge. It was created long ago *before* Pod::Text had been converted to use Pod::Parser (and Pod::Usage needed to use Pod::PlainText). Now that Pod::Text uses Pod::Parser, as long as Pod::Usage still works correctly, Pod::PlainText would now be redundant (at least I think so)
