because (for html) &#num; style escapings simply does not work for some turkish (ISO-8859-9) characters. That escaping breaks the document...
I'm re-parsing the resulting html to fix it... All non-ascii chars are: 199,208,214,220,221,222,231,240,246,252,253,254 but some of them has a problem with escaping...
