I was very confused. So let's start this over. Here goes: It turns out that while iso-8859-1 is latin-1 (and so for 2 and 3 and 4), iso-8859-9 isn't latin-9 -- latin-9 is iso-8859-15! The encoding line you want for Turkish is "=encoding iso-8859-9". Put that at the start of your file in Turkish and see if it does the right thing for Pod::Simple::HTML output. -- Sean M.
