Hi, it seems SF has enabled the tickets for the project, but you have disabled ticket creation for some reason, because only admins can add tickets there. I didn't find where the settings for it is. I would remove all three categories and use just one [1], but you might probably contact SF support ( SF.Net Ops <sfnet_...@slashdotmedia.com>) to help with it, at least with the permissions to logged-in users being able to create tickets. This part works for my other project on SF, but I created it only recently, which might be the reason.
