Running perl and POE under Cygwin works better than a native Win32 build.
Test 8 of POE HEAD under cygwin only returns subtest 21 and 22 as failures.
You will hang when you get to test 22, however.

Nope. When run manually, i get the "1..60" but nothing else. I tried
turning off buffering ($| = 1;), but I still get nothing before the
Watson. BTW, I was using the latest version of POE in CVS at the time I
wrote the first e-mail with test results...
