No, that's not it. Other subtests use $SIG{__WARN__} just fine.
Test 22 tries to use a protocol with AF_UNIX, but Windows doesn't do
UNIX sockets, so of course it's not going to work. I added code to
skip the test on "MSWin32", but it's not yet checked in.
This all feels like voodoo debugging, or maybe using the force.
