A traceroute shows pna.net is hosted by Chicago-based Hostway Corporation, while www.palestine-info.com is on a server operated by OLM in Milford, Connecticut. However, a quick check of sites in Palestine's top-level domain (.ps) *does* show massive outages. Just about anything ending in gov.ps is unreachable (to me, anyway). Palestine's government portal *was* here: http://www.gov.ps/ . Google's cache: http://216.239.39.100/search?q=cache:epjC_bWgfsQC:www.gov.ps&hl=en Incidentally, most of the sites that come out on top from a Google of "Palestine" appear to be functioning fine. I didn't check them all, but most of them are also hosted in the USA or UK. E,g, palestine-net.com and palestinechronicle.com, and palestinedaily.com. FWIW, Alldas.org has recorded zero defacements of .ps domains, and 411 of .il.
