1. Answer, level one: As far as I'm aware, none of them have (directly) agigated for a war against Iran. That's not their department, so to say. They are interested in getting the action regardless of whether or not there is war. This is not about "oil companies agitating for war". I never said it was. This is really not about the oil companies, as I've said repeatedly, and perhaps should shut up now since I've said it enough. 2. Answer, level two: OK. I'll name names of the most important members of the oil lobby who are agitating for a war on Iran. I'll start with your name and my name, and continue with the names of circa 300 million other U.S. citizens. We are all, collectively, by virtue of our consumptive behavior and ongoing, ceaseless assent to the current arrangements of things, agitating for war with Iran, or war with anybody who threatens our wealth and privelege. We ARE the oil lobby. Dubya put it very well, and reflected the belief of hundreds of millions, when he said that "the American way of life is non-negotiable!" Right. Non-negotiable. And that means blowing to smithereens any damn towel-heads who get in the way, or who get any crazy ideas about getting a fair price for their oil, or who get any crazy ideas about insisting on euros or dinars (gold) or whatever in payment for oil, rather than dollars. "We have met the enemy, and they is us." Alan
