Let me make sure I understand you. Your saying that if a man, any man
I must assume, is found non-guilty of a charge by the appropiate court
be it criminal or civil then that is the end of it and it's improper
to use the charge itself against him to slander him or judge his
character? Is that what your saying? Just trying to get clarity on
your position.
