Lani regarded Alex for a moment, and answered Kat's question. "I was
transferred here from Tokyo, Kat." She wondered who Julia was. Lani didn't
remember her being in the current files. She followed Alex and Kat into the
kitchen, though she didn't intend on having hot chocolate. She never liked
the stuff. A strong, hot cup of coffee was what she needed.
