Rachel
I was so angry I could burst, "reasonable! How reasonable are you being
right now, keeping us locked in here? I am her mother, not you and not your
Legacy..Me!" As I was about to launch into another tirade my beeper went, it
was the hospital. I looked at Derek partly victorious and partly relieved,
"I have to go, unless you think my patients can wait?" I looked back at
Nick, "I'm ready when you are."
