"You know, Derek might never trust us again when he finds out how we've managed to lie
to him for so long," I laughed. "It's been kinda fun though," I gave him a slight
smirk, "though I don't think I'm going to miss it when we finally come clean." I
decided it was as good a time as any to broach the subject that had bothered me so
much, "I can't help but feel guilty though...I could barely look Julia in the eye when
I realised she had feelings for you. I suppose that's just our luck huh? Our best
friend finds her way back to us and we can't enjoy it."
