"Don't buy trouble," Sam told her.  "What you're going through is normal and
we'll deal with thing if or when they happen, but worrying about it isn't
going to help and it might hurt.  If you worry about something happening you
might inadvertantly cause something to happen.  Try just worrying about
bursting into tears in public or something like that.  Though you shouldn't
worry about any of it.  Just take things one step at a time."
