He did not need to ask how Alex knew this, he already knew. "Do you believe
you and Nick can adequately protect her?"  Rachel's house was not exactly
what he would call a secure area.  In fact it's lack of security had always
perturbed him somewhat.  He'd tried to convince her to move to the island on
several occassions, but she wouldn't hear of it. Though, living elsewhere
was not a violation of protocol, it was generally not something that was
done. "Alex, do you think she needs professional help?  Perhaps, I can
arrange for someone to come over there.  Under the circumstances, I feel
that a hospital stay would not provide the appropriate protection.  Though,
it might afford some."  It depended on how determined this person was.
"What do you know about the death?"
